(Q) Where do you ship? 

(A) Only within the USA 

 

(Q) What is the cost of shipping?

(A) I charge a flat rate of $5.00 per package and ship UPS or USPS. I like to ship Priority when possible.

 

(Q) When are items shipped?

(A) All of my items are customed to your needs.  Please allow 7 to 10 days following the order placement for shipment.  The shipping method will add to your delivery date.  

 

(Q) What type of payment do you take?

(A) I accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and local (within Arkansas) checks.  Your payment is processed though my ProPay Store Account or Paypal and I guard  your confidential information as closely as my own. I do not see your paypal information.  

 

(Q) May items be returned?

(A) Sorry, all of my items are customed to your needs and once the item is monogrammed, it may not be returned. Please check size charts prior to ordering.

 

(Q) Do you gift wrap?

(A) Semi -- all of my products are wrapped in tissue paper which is secured with a business label.  If the item is delivered locally, it will be placed into a seasonal shopping bag which is tied with a bow.  Should you have other needs...we need to talk, I will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase from order to delivery.
